Lauren Vanderdeen

Lauren Vanderdeen is a reporter for the Burnaby Now, covering city hall and general news. A graduate of Langara College's journalism program, she loves reporting community stories — particularly involving transportation and arts.

Before journalism, Lauren studied Latin and ancient Greek in Halifax, N.S., and later spent time working in Port Moody arts organizations.
